Sunrise over the impressive Palisades, as seen from near the summit of 13,891 ft Mount Agassiz in California's John Muir Wilderness. The two most prominent peaks are Mount Sill and North Palisade (also visible: Thunderbolt Peak, and Mount Winchell), below which lies the Palisade Glacier - the largest Glacier in the Sierra Nevada.
